Pumasok ako ng 6:00 at nung magsisimula na ko, nakita ko na may sirang units. Tinawag ko ang Supervisor ko para ipakita ito at baka ako mapagbintangan.
I reported at 6:00 and when I was about to start I saw that there were defective units. I called my supervisor to show it to her. They might say I am the one who made the mistake/error. I came in at 6:00 am and noticed some defective units. I called the attention of the supervisor to highlight this observation.

 Dont translate directly. Deliver the message in a concise manner; Eliminate unnecessary details that is not relevant to the communication

 Say what you mean and mean what you say. Choose your words carefully. Different words convey different meaning.

 Watch your

spelling! In formal communication this speaks a lot of the senders competency.
