com Subject: RE: CDC Website Inquiry Reply-To: cdcinfo@cdc.gov Thank you for your inquiry to CDC-INFO. In response to your request for information on the vaccines which contain aborted fetal cells, please refer to the following relevant information. The production of a few vaccines involves growing the viruses in human cell culture. These vaccines include: * the chickenpox (varicella) vaccine, * the polio vaccine, * the rubella vaccine, * the rabies vaccine, and * the hepatitis A vaccine. Two human cell lines provide the cell cultures needed for producing vaccines. These lines were developed from two legally aborted fetuses in the 1960s. These cell lines are maintained to have an indefinite life span. No fetal tissue has been added since the cell lines were originally created, and no other fetal tissue is used in the production of vaccines. A list of vaccines, along with their components is available in Appendix B of "Epidemiology of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases-10th Edition." For more information, please refer to "Vaccine Excipient and Media Summary, by Excipient" at: http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/B/excipient-table-1.pdf Additionally, you may also find relevant information on the following websites: "Epidemiology of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases-10th Edition" "Vaccine Excipient and Media Summary, by Vaccine" http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/B/excipient-table-2.pdf "Vaccine Safety: Use of Human Cell Cultures in Vaccine Manufacturing" National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) http://www.cdc.gov/nip/vacsafe/concerns/gen/humancell.htm "Vaccine Information for the public and health professionals: Concerned about vaccines?" I don't see any info about that on your website. I have printed out a report from the Children of God for Life about vaccines with aborted fetal cells in them. I find it appalling that this is not told to parents by the medical community.
