Objectives: To review the use of Can for abilities; To practice the use of can with some verbs based on abilities; To share personal information related to the students abilities.

PROCEDURES: WARM UP: Request the students to answer this question what can you do? or Can you speak English? CORE LESSON: Handout an activity with some verbs showing some abilities. Ask them to write some questions using can and those verbs from the handout and after that, to answer Yes, I can or No, I cant.

FOLLOW UP: Board game. Using a board game, encourage them to practice saying information about their abilities.

WRAP UP: Fill in the blanks though the song I believe I can Fly by R Kelly. Pass a video clip of the song I believe I can Fly by R Kelly and require them to fill in the blanks with the correct verb said after can.
