*Terms and Conditions 1. This scheme is applicable only for candidates who have undergone training on the official curriculum of Red Hat (RHEL 5 or 6) 2. This scheme is applicable only for candidates who register for RHCSA or RHCE exam between Jun 01, 2011 & Aug 20, 2011. 3. The fee and offer is as follows:

2. Those registering for RHCSA and RHCE at Rs. 13,000 or Rs. 18,000 should appear for both the exams on the same day. 3. Red Hat will send the tentative exam dates 30 days in advance and any change in date has to be informed within 10 days of receipt of the tentative date. The examination date will not be changed thereafter. 4. In case of cancellation/ rescheduling, the RHCTP would have to intimate the person concerned (respective GLS manager and scheduling authority) a minimum of 10 days prior to the scheduled date. After which, any request for rescheduling/ cancellation would not be entertained and center will have to bear the travel & stay expenses (whenever applicable) of the examiner in case of cancellation/rescheduling of exam. The cost would be recovered from the exam fee share payable to the partner on the subsequent examination. 5. RHCTP should pay the examination fee 5 days in advance from the date of commencement of examination. 6. No discount policies to be given locally for the examination other than those declared by Red Hat India Pvt. Ltd. 7. It is mandatory for the students to submit below mentioned forms to the examiner on the day of the examination, without which the candidate cannot enter the examination hall 8. The last date for the students to register for the bundle offer is Aug 13, 2011. 2011 9. All re-attempt candidates need to be accommodated between Aug 21, 2011 and Aug 30, 2011. 10. RHCTP can accommodate any second attempt candidate before Aug 20, 2011 only in addition to 10 paid candidates for either RHCSA or RHCE exams.

4. The last date to register for the exam is Aug 13, 2011. 5. The last date to appear for first attempt of RHCSA + RHCE exam is Aug 20, 2011. 6. The last date to appear for second attempt of RHCSA + RHCE exam is Aug 30, 2011. 7. It is mandatory for the RHCTP to accommodate a minimum of 10 candidates per exam during the scheme.

Registration process
For Students 1. The fees has to submitted minimum 7 days before the examination day to Red Hat India Pvt. Ltd., 2. The examination fee is non refundable. 3. Once registered and scheduled, no change in the examination date is possible. 4. Once registered, the candidate cannot replace themselves with another prospect.

Documents required to register for RHCSA & RHCE RHEL 5.X a. Red Hat course completion certificate/ feedback forms of RH033 b. RHCT exam discount voucher & registration form (RH133) c. RHCE Examination discount voucher and registration form (RH253) RHEL 6.0 a. Certification exam discount coupon of SAI & SAII for RHCSA b. Certification exam discount coupon of SAI, SAII and SAIII for RHCE d. It is mandatory to provide Govt. issued ID card such as Driving Licence, passport, voters ID card, etc., on the day of the exam, in originals. e. 5 passport size photographs is required for candidates registering by paying Rs. 18000. All the forms should be completely furnished by the student and signed by the concerned center manager/ director and sealed by the training institute where the participant has undergone training. Please note: All RHCTPs need to strictly adhere to the above mentioned terms and conditions and Red Hat would conduct random checks to ensure compliance. Attendance sheet The center has to maintain an attendance sheet for all exams happening at the center as mentioned in the Annexure 1. The same has to be faxed on the day of examination to 022-39878899 or scanned and e-mailed to janeg@redhat.com with a cc to the respective GLS sales manager. Invoice The hard copy of examination invoice has to be mailed within the same day of the examination date. The invoice should be as per the format mentioned in Annexure 2 and should mention an invoice number, date and exam tracking code. Red Hat would require 45 working days from the day the invoice is received to process the partner's examination share. Hardware requirements The center has to provide the hardware as mentioned in Annexure 3 for conduct of examination.
