Activities Week 2011 : Final details for parents Event Final details Pupils should arrive at school at 8.

30 am for registration with Mr Hodge. Teams will be drawn so that the competition can begin. You will travel by bus to Palewell Golf course to tee off at 10.30am. After 9 holes certain players may be cut. The final round will begin after lunch and the winning team will win the 2011 Christ's Golf Cup. Pupils will be dismissed from the venue. All pupils should bring a packed lunch, suntan cream and golf clubs if you have them. Pupils may wear their own clothes. Pupils should arrive at school at 8.30am for registration. Pupils will then travel by tube to White City in order to go to the BBC studios where they will have their own personal tour at 10.45am. Final details Pupils should arrive at school no later than 5.30am ready for departure to France by coach at 6.00am. We will be travelling with Epsom coaches and will be taking the ferry Dover to Calais. On arrival in Calais the coach will take you to Boulogne for a day wandering around the shops, sampling French food and speaking French. All pupils must have their own passport and EHIC card which should be handed in to Mrs Dixon before departure. All pupils should bring a packed lunch and suntan cream. Pupils may wear their own clothes. The return time will be approximately 8.00pm. Pupils should arrive at school no later than 8.00am ready for departure to Bournemouth at 8.30am. They will travel by coach to this lovely seaside town and spend the day relaxing on the beach, building sandcastles, eating ice- cream and visiting the town. Pupils will spending the afternoon watching "The Wizard of Oz" in order to set the mood for the evenings performance. Pupils will travel by tube to Victoria station and from there will proceed to the Apollo Theatre. The show lasts nearly 2 hours and pupils will then return to Richmond by tube. Parents should collect pupils at 11.00pm from the station. All pupils should bring a packed lunch/ tea and may wear their own clothes.
