Container: 140 container 5Technical documents Fengyuan will offer you all necessary documents, e.g. general layout plan, water scheme, electrical diagram and operation manual after the contract is executed. 6Arrangement for inspection, installation and commission 6.1After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to Fengyuan company. All expenses generated will be paid by customer. Customer can also consign Fengyuan to finish inspection work. 6.2Fengyuan will send technicians to customers factory after preparation work is completed. 6.3 Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines. 6.4Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customers factory. 6.5The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. visa formalities, airplane tickets(round way), residency, meals and allowance for USD30 per day for each technician. 7Quantity and quality guarantee 7.1Quantity/Quality discrepancy to destination port during transportation In case of quantity/Quality discrepancy to destination port during in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of goods at port of destination. Fengyuan will not be responsible for any discrepancy of goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/ or post office.

7.2Guarantee period and after-sales services: 15months since B/L date. During this guarantee period, Fengyuan will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. if the malfunctions are caused by customer incorrect operations, Fengyuan will provide customer the spare parts at cost price. 7.3Long-term service Fengyuan will provide customer spare parts of cost price beyond 15 months and provide long-term technical guide. 8Valid period of this quotation 60days since quotation date.
