I refuse to invest my energies and resources in the pursuit of a lesser goal. I know this will draw me into conflict with the Flesh and Satan, and I expect to be involved in Spiritual warfare. I will heed my feelings, renew my mind, discipline my body, confess my sins of omission and commission, repent of my sinful choices and behaviors, honor and serve others in my world, seek always to fully restore the Image of God at my core and provision the Holy Spirit through a disciplined interaction with the Word of God and the God of the Word while joining other colaborers in the active pursuit of common goals and responsible church membership. Since I am profoundly fallen, I will seek out fellowship with others who will hold me accountable for my choices and behaviors; I will secure their correction and encouragement and practice behaviors in accord with their Biblical counsel.
