Mr. Dahlan Bahrin is the owner of Second Chances Sdn Bhd, a company that sells pre-used electrical goods. He has sold a lot of the goods all over Malaysia since 2000. Mr. Dahlan was considering another business option before he set up Second Chances Sdn Bhd to meet the demand in the market for pre-used electrical goods. In the beginning, the company had sold only small items, but later, it sold bigger items such as plasma TV. Low income families have shown great interests in the goods at Second Chances Sdn Bhd. In the effort to meet the ever increasing demand, he has now doubled the number of electrical goods in his store. Today, sluggish economic development in the country has created an increase in the sales of pre-used electrical goods and savvy entrepreneurs like Mr Dahlan is grabbing this chance to further expand his business. Currently, Mr. Dahlan is setting up another branch of Second Chances Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam. Mr. Dahlan says that he will expand the store in the near future to meet an expected increase in demand.
