Admission Notification for filling Online Option form, Confirmation for Admission to First Year of Post SSC Diploma Courses in Engineering/Technology 2011-12. This Notification is being issued selection of candidates to be admitted in First Year of Post SSC Diploma Courses in Engineering/Technology for the Academic Year 2011-12. The candidates whose names have appeared in the Final Merit list for admission to First Year of Post SSC Diploma courses in Engineering/Technology through CAP are informed that they shall follow the following instructions & schedule given below for submission and confirmation of online option form & further activities.
Institute Information brochure in the form of supplement will be provided to the candidate free of cost by showing Receipt cum acknowledgement of application, therefore candidates are advised to report to the same ARC from where application form is confirmed. All Candidates are required to fill the web based online option form on http://www.dte.org.in/poly2011 at ARC/ Cyber Cafe or any computer connected to internet and take printout of the Online filled Option Form for the respective rounds I/II/III. The candidate should sign on the printout of online filled Option Form before submission at ARC. Candidates who have passed SSC in 2010 onward with subject Mathematics (code other than 71) are not eligible to fill option form even though their names are displayed in the Final Merit List. All Maharashtra State candidates should report in person to the ARC for confirmation along with attested true copy of SSC Mark sheet and collect Receipt cum acknowledgement of Option form from ARC. Only those options forms which are confirmed at ARC will be processed further. Unconfirmed Option forms will be rejected without any communication to the candidate. Candidates claiming admission against seats under centrally sponsored scheme of Ministry of Human Resource Development of GoI for persons with disabilities shall apply directly to the Principal in response to the notification of the concerned Institute as mentioned in the information brochure. Institutes instructional timings for First/second shift in Government/Unaided Polytechnics shall

be from Morning 7.00 am to 1.30 pm & 2.00 pm to 8.30 pm respectively.

Candidates should read Annexure 1 for the eligibility criterion for filling option form for Rounds I/II/III.

ARCs shall provide support to candidate for filling option form, browsing of information such as merit list, allotment status etc free of cost.
