AGE CERTIFICATION: I hereby certify that I am at least 18 years of age (21 in some areas, check with local laws to make sure), or age of majority in my legal jurisdiction (whichever is greater). I indemnify and hold Leandra Enterprises Inc. harmless from all related liabilities. I hereby discharge all persons related to Leandra Enterprises Inc. of any past, present or future liabilities. I further represent that I have fully read and agree with the contents of this document prior to its execution. I have not been induced to sign the same other than by recited considerations, by any statement made by Leandra Enterprises Inc., its agents, employees, or anyone acting on their behalf. My signature below is certification that the identification that appears below is true and accurate. I also certify that I will not provide any defamatory, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material as a Performer. I understand that if Leandra Enterprises Inc. suspects that I have provided forbidden content, my account(s) will be frozen immediately for further investigation and I it will result in the permanent termination of my account(s), cancellation and forfeiture of all payments from Leandra Enterprises Inc. I also certify that I will not force anyone to work as a Performer on websites promoted by Leandra Enterprises Inc. and all Performers under my Master Account are working by their own will. I will not solicit or take part in anything related to escort services or prostitution. I will grant with my signature that all Performer Accounts created under my Master Account will be provided with true and accurate legal documents. By signing this document I agree and allow the owners of the web sites promoted by Leandra Enterprises Inc. to monitor, record and log all my online activities performed on these web sites (including chat, video, e-mail) and owners of the web sites promoted by Leandra Enterprises Inc. may use and reuse, publish, distribute, edit, excerpt, exhibit and otherwise exploit my name (real or fictional), likeness, persona, performance, voice, pictures, chat, video, audio, biological information and identification, and statements, (collectively my "performances") for any and all uses, in whole or in part, in any and all media and manners now known or learned, for use throughout the universe, in perpetuity, without limitation, including in connection with the advertising, exploitation and publicizing of the owners of the web sites promoted by Leandra Enterprises Inc. Owners of the web sites promoted by Leandra Enterprises Inc. shall own, and I grant and assign to owners of the web sites promoted by Leandra Enterprises Inc. all rights, title and interest, of every kind and character in perpetuity throughout the universe in and to the owners of the web sites promoted by Leandra Enterprises Inc. the results, content, and proceeds of my appearance(s) (including all such appearances made to date) videos, audio, chat, dialogue, acts, and dances, all of which are works made for hire specially commissioned as part of an audiovisual work, including all copyrights, renewals and extensions of copyright and owners of the web sites promoted by Leandra Enterprises Inc. shall be deemed the authors thereof for all purposes. Owners of the web sites promoted by Leandra Enterprises Inc. may edit my appearance as they see fit (and I waive any and all moral rights that I have), and I understand that owners of the web sites promoted by Leandra Enterprises Inc. has no obligation to use my appearance(s). I agree that still pictures may be made from video or my appearance(s) by any means, and I grant owners of the web sites promoted by Leandra Enterprises Inc. and its successors, licensees and assignees the right to use said photographs, without further payment to me in printed publications, digitally on the Internet or via CD, or any other media, without restrictions.

I also acknowledge and agree that Leandra Enterprises Inc. may, from time to time make changes to this agreement or the terms and conditions of the websites owned and operated by Leandra Enterprises Inc. Signing this agreement allows me to receive services to which a Performer is entitled but it also entails certain responsibilities and requires me to make certain representations. By signing the document, I expressly agree to be bound by all of the terms stated by Leandra Enterprises Inc. Persons approved by Leandra Enterprises Inc. to act as Performers shall not be entitled to assign or transfer that eligibility to any other person nor shall any Performer provide his or her username/password to any other person. Performer must immediately inform Leandra Enterprises Inc. of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a username or password. Performer will remain personally liable for any unauthorized use of the service Leandra Enterprises Inc. offers.
