Austube custom manufacture high performance luminaires which can incorporate the latest technologies to create innovative and intelligent lighting solutions. Incorporating smart controls and devices within the body of the luminaire offers increased functionality, efficiency and flexibility. Other smart design solutions include the creation of luminaires factory fitted with structured cabling for plug and play connectivity to improve efficiencies in installation and provide longer term flexibility. Significantly, the inclusion of smart technologies during manufacture reduces installation time and costs. Throughout this catalogue, the iLP or iReady symbols indicate that these Austube luminaires can either offer advanced features or come factory fitted with some level of intelligent control or device.

Suitable for hallways, stairs, rooms or corridors with individual or multiple luminaires, this feature offers great functionality and significant energy savings without the need for a lighting management system. Luminaires are manufactured incorporating specific dimmable ballasts and motion sensors. This enables automatic illumination when any motion is detected and dimming down to a preset level or switch off after a delay period. This control functionality is perfect for offices, hallways, stairwells, fire stairs, bathrooms or any area that is vacant for long periods of time. To reduce energy consumption even further, a daylight sensor can be integrated into the luminaire. Consult Austube to include corridor function or other smart features in your next lighting project.

Suitable for: AUS 100 SQUARE and AUS 105 BEAM Trimless installation is achieved using a custom-designed plaster frame kit. The plaster frame kit must be fixed securely to ceiling battens as well as plaster, to ensure it can support the weight of the luminaire. Once the frame kit is in position, ceiling is plastered and painted to the edge. The luminaire is then inserted into the frame and securely fixed via screws through the rear (back) of the fitting. Available as an accessory from Austube.

Suitable for AUS 35 ROUND, AUS 40 SQUARE, AUS 40 SQUARE UPLIGHT, AUS 60 BEAM, Custom recess brackets are attached to the luminaire via screws in the rear (back) of the fitting. The luminaire, including recess brackets, is then inserted into the ceiling cutout. Once in position the bracket legs spring out to hold the luminaire above the plasterboard. The unit is then secured into position by tightening the screws. AUS 60 SQUARE, AUS 75 HANDRAIL IP, AUS 75 ROUND, AUS 75 SURFACE MOUNT, AUS 80 ELLIPTICAL D/I, AUS 100 ROUND, AUS 100 D/I, AUS 100 SQUARE and AUS 105 BEAM End wall brackets usually replace the end plate and are fixed to the wall. Generally It is important to note that for both trimless and recessed mounting, the ceiling must be capable of supporting the weight of the installed luminaire system. suitable for fittings up to 2.5 -3.0m long. If the fitting is longer or needs intermediate support, top wall brackets can be supplied. Available as an accessory from Austube.
Suitable for AUS 75 ROUND and AUS 100 ROUND Generally suitable for fittings up to 2.5 - 3.0m long. End plate on unit is retained, end wall bracket fixes to the end plate via a screw which enables whole fitting, complete with endplate, to rotate inside wall bracket to achieve desired angle, then fitting is locked into position.
