Work Experience Gold Plus Glass Industry Ltd. (june08 to Apr10)

Worked as a Shift Engineer in Electrical Department from june08 to Apr10 in Roorkee Plant. Gold Plus Glass Ltd is a well established company in the processing of the glass manufacturing various varieties of glass like high temperature glass, insulated glass, safety glass, toughened glass, etc. Company has four units situated in Sonipat, Roorkee and two in Himachal Pradesh. Rookee plant has a production capacity of 460 TPD manufacturing sheet glass of 2 to 12 mm thickness.

Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd. (May10 to present)

Working as a shift engineer in Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd. in Bahadurgarh Plant in Instrumentation Department. HNG&IL is Indias biggest manufacturer of container glass having around 60% market share. The firm has 7 manufacturing units located in India & Germany. Areas of Work: Maintenance and troubleshooting of DCS panels, all kind of transmitters, all kind of control valves, all kind of motorized valve, AC drive and various type of field instruments. Worked for testing, debugging & configuration of PID Controller (Make-EUROTHERM, HONEYWELL), ON-OFF Controller (Make-AUDIOTRONICS), VFD (MakeSEIMENS MICROMASTER), and Weighing Controller (Make- ZIPPE). Trouble-shoot and repaired equipment and components used in production, furnace, quality control and batch house department. Working Knowledge of pressure transmitter, ultrasonic flow meter, RTD, thermocouple, pyrometer, Rota meter, Encoder, I to p converter, Load cells, Pressure gauges, Differential Pressure Transmitter. Working Knowledge of Proximity switch, Reed Switch, Relays, Contactors, Timers, Solenoid valves, Pressure switch, Level switch, Limit switch. Exposures of SEIMENS S7 400, S7 300, S7 200 PLC.

Project Exposure 1) Worked on erection and commissioning project of production floor of a container glass manufacturing unit having a 350 TPD furnace. During this project I worked with consultants from BOTTERO Italy and STG Germany. 2) Worked on flot glass cold end line with GERZEBACH GERMAN COMPANY. In which installation and commissioning .
