PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN: PROJECT 3: Title: Importance of Recruitment Firms in the Corporate Sector Organization: Elite Consultancy Services, Hyderabad PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project was done to elaborate the importance of Recruitment Firms in todays corporate sector. It also includes my personal experiences in a recruitment firm and the exposure towards the process of recruitments.

PROJECT 2: Title: Study of HRIS & learning experience as an Intern Organization: Totem Infrastructure Limited, Hyderabad PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project states the uses of an Information System in the HR department of an Organization. I prepared a report format which gives information about all the joining, exits and transfers happening in the organization site wise.

PROJECT 1: Title: Study of Mergers and Acquisitions & learning experience as an Intern Organization: Fenner (India) Limited, Hyderabad PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project explains about the concepts of Mergers and Acquisitions and how they happen. During my Internship at Fenner I did work study in their production department and prepared a questionnaire for conducting Organizational Climate Survey.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Strong analytical and leadership skills Self motivated, excellent team player with effective written and oral communication skills. EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES: Initiated and Organized a Flood Relief camp at Tummilla Village in Mahaboob Nagar Dist. for the people who got affected due to recent floods in Andhra Pradesh, October 2010. Organized a Blood Donation Camp in our college conducted by RED CROSS Organization. Organized Technova06 (a technical event), Vaganza 05 and 06 (cultural events) and also acted as Vice President for college sports committee.
