PROJECT#1: Client Role Duration : Johnson Controls Inc. : Report Developer : June 2010 to till Date.

About Client: Johnson Controls is a global diversified technology and industrial leader in creating quality products, services and solutions to optimize energy and operational efficiencies of buildings; lead-acid automotive batteries and advanced batteries for hybrid and electric vehicles; and interior systems for automobiles. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analysis of the specifications provided by the Client, Understanding the Business. Involved in the development of reports as per user requirements. Published and scheduled Business Objects Reports to users using Scheduler. Developed reports as daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports using WebI. Generated ad-hoc reports by linking Universes Using Designer. Defined and created Hierarchies as per the business rule for the reports to be viewed at selected reporting level. Designed and developed extensive BO reports using combination of charts and tables Extensively used Calculations, Variables, Filters, Conditions, Breaks, Sorting, Drill down, Cross Tab, and Charts for creating Business Objects reports. Generated reports with Universes, created in Business objects Designer as the data providers with various functionalities. Created Reports using Alerter (conditional formatting) and also generated Rank reports. Created multiple reports using various complex courses and linked these reports with Combined Queries, Slice and Master Detail

PROJECT#2: Client : Renesas Electronics. Role : Business Objects Developer Duration : Aug 2008 to May 2010. About Client: Renesas Electronics America Inc is a premier supplier of advanced semi-conductor solutions including microcontrollers, SoC solution, and a broad range of analog and power devices. It offers advanced technology solutions for a wide range of customer applications. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyzed the business requirements of the project by studying the Business Requirements Specification document. Involved in designing Universes using Designer in Business Objects. Created and modified the existing Universes by adding new classes/objects, prompts, hierarchies based on the business requirement. Checked the Integrity of the universe. Used @Functions. Creating User Prompts, cascading prompts, Conditions and Filters to improve the report presentation. Used joins , alias and context methods to resolve loops Implemented Drill down and Drill Up features in reports. Exported the universes to repository for making resources available to users. Hands on experience in designing the Reports. Created daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the management team and field operation managers using Business Objects Reports. Used Filters, Alerts and Breaks in reporting. Performed testing for universe and reports Interacted with the business users for reporting requirements. Environment:
