Act as a buddy for New joinees (lateral/campus) Conduct Knowledge sharing sessions for new joiners in the project team Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within and across teams Ensure that the training needs of the team are identified and met Guide and mentor team from a technical perspective to ensure delivery of the module

Ensure that the communication from the senior management is cascaded down and shared with the entire team Manage and motivate performance of the team through reviews, coaching and development Participate in organizational training initiatives as a trainer

Participate in recruitment initiatives (Campus / Lateral) Participate in induction of team members Prepare guidelines and checklists for the team and allocate tasks and track issues to closure Ensure 100% accuracy of the work of team members Conduct Knowledge transfer sessions for new joiners in the project team

Conduct performance appraisals for team members along with the lead and provide input into the learning and career plans for team members Conduct peer reviews during design, coding and testing

Contribute and participate in project reviews, quality reviews and audits and prepare status reports and management reviews Contribute to Best Practices and focus on adding value to the customer / organisation Develop project automation tools to improve productivity and add value to the end customer / organisation e.g. knowledge management tools Ensure 100% compliance to quality assurance norms and guidelines Guide team members to create implementation plans

Interface with quality reviewers and auditors for their modules Lead peer reviews during design, coding, integration and system testing Participate and conduct technical audits for projects within the domain/BU Participate in project status review meetings and report status to the lead Participate in requirements gathering and analysis and convey the same accurately to the team Participate in validating estimations created by the team Provide UAT and implementation support Track utilization for optimal resource usage and provide inputs for billing Manage change requests, ensure that processes are in place and followed to manage change requests Ensure quality deliverables in time through project tracking and monitoring Manage and resolve queries, escalations, conflicts and issues between onsite and offshore teams to ensure delivery as committed
