To monitor field activities and give feedback to District General Manager, District Program Manager & Field Coordinators To build capacity of Field Coordinators in program activities To hold weekly & monthly plans and review meetings with Field Coordinators. To prepare Monthly Progress Report. To prepare presentation for District General Manager. To develop linkages with stakeholders and register them as District Volunteers District Volunteers To develop linkages with EDO-CDD and arrange involve him in field activities/visits To develop close linkages with philanthropists and Philanthropists Forum members and mobilize resources in the district To coordinate with head office and V.C.D focal persons at provincial level

OWPRA is working since last 10 years in different sectors of development Education, Human Rights, Agriculture, Environment, Human Resource Development and other awareness program in Taluka Sinjhoro District Sanghar, through the active and professional team of volunteers and paid workers.

Identify the volunteers for mainstreaming them in the development process Build the capacity of the teacher to assess students in learning achievements.
