Requirements for area of Specialty:

 A proven functional/technical professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in Siebel

implementations -- Minimum of 2 full project lifecycles including Concept, Requirements,
Design, Testing & Post Go-Live Support
 Extensive experience in Siebel Configuration (version 7.x or higher) including: Business
Components, Views, Applets, Roles & Responsibilities, Workflow, eScript and Assignment
Manager
 Strong technical foundation including; excellent understanding of relational database
concepts, Siebel Data Model, SQL, structured programming - C++, Java, etc.
 Driven team player with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening) as well as
a keen attention to detail
 Masters degree
 Additional Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Financial business processes and concepts sub ledger, invoicing, billing,
project costing
