APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Please read these instructions carefully before filling in the forms. Application forms must be fully completed and typed or printed. Applications will not be reviewed before all required materials have been received by the Admissions Office. Such materials and supportive documents become the property of the University and are not returned. It is important to answer all questions as thoroughly as possible. The application is your means of informing us about yourself. We recommend that you photocopy your application and other forms for your own records. The following should be submitted: A complete MEL Application Form This form asks for you basic biographical and educational data. The forms also include a few brief questions, giving you the opportunity to highlight qualities that are relevant to success in a graduate program. Official Transcripts and Diploma's You must Submit authenticated transcripts from each educational institution you have attended (or attending). References Special attention is given to the required two letters of recommendation, giving us information on your aptitudes and capabilities for graduate study. The admissions committee prefers at least one of the letters of reference is work-related while the second may come from someone who knows you in an academic context. Letters of recommendation remain confidential and will not be disclosed to you. (The Enclosed reference form should be duplicated for the second referee).

To avoid delay in processing you application, please make sure that all the required credentials are enclosed before you mail the application.
