Introduction of Enterprise BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF ENTERPRISE Liaoyang Guanghua Chemical Co., Ltd was set up in 1987 from the former Liaoyang Guanghua Chemical Factory, who is provincial high and new technology enterprise. Its a special plant for manufacturing organic sulfur. For many years, we leaded by the information and depended on the market of China petrochemistry, with the joint effort of our companys research and development center, universities and scientific research unit, developed and produced dimethyl disulfo and sulfur additive, etc successively, filled the blank of our national market. According to the market demand, we developed the new sulfolane product in 1997,which is national important new product. The designed capacity of our sulfolane manufacturing line was enlarged from 1600 tons/year to 3000 tons/year. Then we built up a new manufacturing line with designed capacity of 4000 tons/year which has successfully passed trial run in 2003. Our designed manufacturing capacity has reached 7000 tons/year in 2004. In order to meet the special demands for sulfolane in various field, we worked hard in blazing engineering technology and improving the quality of this product. We emphasized on the improvement of the purity and thermal stability. As a result, tested value of all indexes of our sulfolane reached same level or even better than the same product, quality of our sulfolane product can compare beauty with foreign ones. Since we have absorbed foreign advanced management experience to renovate our management mode and operated the company under the advanced mode, our management level and technology level are better than other companys in the same field. In 2001, we have got two ISO9001 Quality System Certificates issued respectively by EQA International Certification Center American RAB Certification Committee and Beijing Jiuqian Standard Quality System Certification Center. Sulfolane has high dissolving property and selectivity, so it is suitable for petrochemical industry. It is widely used as excellent solvent for aromatic extraction and sulfur recovery from natural gas. Our company are approved by China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and PetroChina Company Limited as their preferential supplier in their electric commerce network, our sulfolane is widely used by most of the big petrochemical enterprises, among which: PetroChina Company Jilin Branch are using our sulfolane in their aromatic extraction unit from 1997 till now; Sinopec Yangzi Branch took us as their main sulfolane supplier in recent years; The sulfolane solvent consumption for unit product reached the minimum quantity in the history of Shanghai Jinshan Petrochemical Company; Sinopec Zhongyuan Oil Field and Kazak National Petroleum & Gas company adopted all sulfolane product from our company for their newly-built units. Since China joined WTO, we established business relationship with many foreign countries. We export our sulfolane product directly to many big petrochemical companies in Japan, Korea, India, Israel, Albania, Middle East, Middle Asia, West Europe and some other countries and areas. The perfect products, perfect service and credible characters of our sulfolane product got the highly evaluation from our clients. Therefore our sales volume kept increasing by 50% annually, it reached 2000 tons in 2003.

Package and tranportation The package is 200L new galvanized drum.The net weight of sufolane filled in one drum is 250KG, we fill nitrogen before closing the package. It can be transported by container or ISO tank.
