TAOSHOBUDDHA AT THE SHRINE OF NAQSHBANDI MASTER HAZRAT MAZHAR MIR JANE JANA, NEW DELHI, INDIA Jan, 2008

Whenyousitsilentlywatchingyourbreath, you are connected to the unconscious layers through the mind. You are connected to suppressed emotions both at the personal and social level. Also, you are connected to the muscleandthephysicalsystemofkarma. Then you can clear out every knot, thus clearing the body of all karmas. No particular technique is complete to clear it. However, the Rolfing or Alexandertechnique,orPatterningandsensory awareness cannot clear the body of such tensions. Because, when we stop a technique for a certain time, the body does not remain clear.Thisrequiresaconstantattentiontoour bodiesandourphysicalsystems.

Life is to learn from and grow in awareness. It does not matter what we do in life. Life presents moments and situations that we can be aware in.Wecanalsowitnesswhathappens in interpersonal relationships. When you are aware, you can learn how others affect us. As long as we live, there are opinions, ideas, and criticisms everywhere. In a way dukkha is all around us. It is like a black spot amidst happiness. When you are not aware, you can get carried away and then suffer when things change. When there is awareness, there will be no clinging. With awareness you can be in the world but the world will not be in you. Not only will you feel free but alsotheobjectsofyourpleasure. This will help you to move away without anyfeelingoffrustration.

3|Page Just as there are many human beings so there are many paths. It is our utmost effort to have various paths exposed to the seekers so that they can find a path that resonates with their inner calling. Only then the journey of transformation is really possible. The path should spring forth from within each aspirant only then transformation is possible. Our intention is to introduce various paths and masters and make them available in this spiritual grocery. Our first issue was very well received and we had many comments and responses. As the work continues we intend to introduce more features and special articles. This April issue highlights Ramcharitmanas as it is the month of Lord Ramas appearance. We also introduce talks on Guru Nanak as it is also in this month we celebrate Baisakhi the formation of Gurudwara.

Swami Anand Neelambar

an upcoming publication.

Lord Hanuman also appeared in this month and so we give an insight into Hanuman Chalisa A Mystical Dimension

We hope you find something of interest that resonates with your inner being. If not, then we hope the next issue will offer what you are seeking. We welcome your comments and suggestions.

WHAT IS COMMUNE?
The word was first coined by Buddha. He called commune as SANGHA. It implies where initiates have dropped their Egos and is no more functioning as separate islands or personalities. All personalities and identities are dissolved in a commune. Then is born yourindividuality!CommunicationbetweenheadsisreplacedbytheCOMMUNIONofthe HEART. FROM CHAOS TO COSMOS VIA

Chaosreferstoastateofdisturbanceanddisorder.Andcosmosreferstoastateoforder, rhythm, awareness, and harmony. The word cosmos was coined by Greek Mystic and Mathematician Pythagoras. He has contributed tremendously to human growth and evolution. But he is generally known as a mathematician alone. HanumanChalisa AMysticalDimension
Hanuman represents the sojourn from mortal consciousness into divine awakening. The Hanuman Chalisa is indeed a mystical treatise on the evolution from mind into no-mind. Hanuman Chalisa shows the way of transformation from ego-centricity to becoming a nimitta an instrument of divinity.

Tulsi Dasa the composer of this magnanimous song in praise of Hanuman reveals the inner mysteries for climbing the ladder of the chakras to attain the highest realization and self transformation. As he also was transformed using the same method. JayaHanumangyaanagunasaagara JayaKapeeshatihunlokaujaagara
