Nitrex high endurance surface enhancement, exclusively from Wilson Tool, increases press brake tooling life by several times that of standard tooling. With a surface hardness of HRC-60 and a consistent 0.51mm of penetration below the surface of the tool, Nitrex adds lubricity to press brake tooling and lowers the coefficient of friction as the material slides over the shoulder of the V-opening on a die. Any Wilson Tool press brake punch or die can be enhanced with Nitrex.
Most Wilson Tool press brake dies now come with NITREX as standard at no extra cost.

Available for virtually any make and model of press brake, the Wilson Express Clamping System is uniquely designed to increase your productivity and reduce your operating costs.
Load Punches in a Snap.

Loading punches has never been easier. The Wilson Express Clamping system completely eliminates the need to slide punches in from the end of the machine. Simply place (415mm) long punches or individual pieces of sectionalized punches under the clamps and push them upward. The spring-loaded clamps capture the punch via the safety groove and hold it in place until the clamps are locked. To lock the clamps, simply push the removable lever upward.
Unload Punches Quickly and Easily.

Again, Wilson has eliminated the need to slide punches to the end of the machine. Simply pull down the locking lever to unlock the clamp, or to remove smaller punch sections, pushing inward on the tops of the clamps opens the clamps and allows the operator to pull individual sections straight down. Clamps that are not in use can easily be removed from the punch holders by hand.
Z1 Style Press Brakes
No Special Tooling Required.

Wilson Express Clamping Systems can be used with any standard European style press brake tooling with a safety groove. You can use the same high quality Wilson tooling you currently own, without having to re-purchase the system for every tool you order.
Fewer Maintenance Costs.

Because the Wilson Express Clamping System is mechanical rather than hydraulic, maintenance costs are virtually eliminated. And with no hydraulics theres no risk of power failures causing clamps to release unexpectedly.
Dual Clamping Available.

A dual clamping feature is available on all Wilson Express Clamping Systems for an additional cost. This added feature allows you to load punches with the safety groove facing forward or to the rear of the machine. Both front and rear clamps are opened and closed simultaneously when the locking lever is actuated. Minimum order is 35.00. All orders are subject to the approval of our credit department. If you are a new account, please furnish us with a bank reference and three supplier references. A credit limit will be imposed on new accounts until credit has been established. Terms are net 30 days.
Payment
Cancellation In the event an order is cancelled, a charge will be made to cover

labour, materials and overheads.
Returned Material
A handling charge of 25% is made on all standard parts returned for credit. Written permission and shipping instructions must be obtained before the return of any material. Solid steel construction Mobile base with heavy duty casters with a rated capacity of 408 kilograms each Three 177mm drawers capable of holding five punches each Two 50.8mm drawers capable of holding five dies each Punches are held upright in custom steel U-channels to prevent damage to tips and mounting tongues Dies are separated by custom U-channels to prevent damage to V-openings Individual latches on all drawers Safety interlock to prevent the opening of more than one drawer at a time Full width handles with end caps and paper labelling strips with clear protective label covers Retainer top with rubber mat Cabinet dimensions: 1067mm high, 1022.35mm wide, 571.5mm deep.
