SUMMARY
I have been working as TAC-2 IN VAS engineer providing support to Telenor and Mobilink Projects for past 4.5+ years. I have independently done implementation/commissioning,migrations, ,acceptance tests, rollouts and providing support for both these customers networks. I worked in managed services (operations), Projects/Implementation/Integration and CARE providing Level 2 Support. I also worked as Project Manager for few projects.

Billing / IN Networks Experience: 2006-Todate o Participated in 80% overall IN network expansion projects in Telenor. o Trainings, seminars participation and practical experience in Siemens IN. o Participated in 80% IN,100% SX & 100% eSG network expansion and rollouts projects in Telenor.

Extensive work experience in Installation and Commissioning of the new IN@vantage system (Primepower 1500, 650,900) charge@once/adapt@once. Directly involved in Commissioning of 9 INs in Telenor. Extensive work experience in Integration of IN@vantage with Power, NSN SSP (including Rel-4 MSS and MGW), HiS700 & TEKELEC STPs with MNP, eServeGlobal VoMS, MMSC, PSA, Tertio(Provident and Evident) ServiceXpress and other multi-vendor systems. Lead SIGTRAN projects in both Mobilink and Telenor. Performed Acceptance Testing and validation of Siemens IN@vantage platform, prepaid service and features to ensure compliance with specification. Extensive work experience in upgrades of @com and BNRs. Extensive work experience in hardware, platform and service upgrade from time to time to cater the changes in existing application and for addition of new features as per customer requirement and installation of Hot Patches. Trace analysis, tickets handling, tariff tool, troubleshooting, optimization and resolution of the problems occurring onsite. Providing 24x7 on-call, remote and Emergency support to the customer. Extensive work experience in handling of Emergencies, Fault Reports and Technical Queries in Resolve Tool. KPI performance audit and analysis reporting per week. Participated in Project Management Plans, defining and planning Project Scope Planning and Verifications, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Closing for expansion of network elements and Services.

Extensive work experience in providing 2nd Level Support to O&M Teams and Customer for a network having 21 IN @vantage platforms on Version 7.6.1. o Extensive work experience in integration ,installation ,all kinds of upgrades and daily operations of 100% SX systems in Telenor including: ChrisXpress (cluster with login-manager) TMD (Ticket Mediation Device) XBonus Involved in commissioning & integration of all SX systems in Telenor Perfomed TAC3 level jobs for Service Express in Telenor

FERMA/eSG/TopUp Experience:
o Responsible for Delivery, Integration ,installation ,upgrades and daily operations of 100 % eSG (recharge /TopUp) equipment in Telenor MPOS Voms8.4 Voms7.2 IVRs USSDs RESPs/pRESPs SS7 Traces through K12 or K15 tracer. SOAP UI Involved in integration of all eSG (exFERMA) systems in Telenor.
