Now comes Scott Hintz and respectfully requests leave to file this renewed Motion to remove
contlicted attorney Dennis C. O'Brien. In filing prior to and even during the July 19,2011
hearing before Judge Clarence the Court that Mr. O'Brien would
present unsworn, but false, which Mr. O'Brien did indeed do, The

court refused to accept available evidence and testimony supporting Defendant's allegations of
conflicts of interest and a maliciously inco!ppetent defense meant to help Mr. O'Brien's "very
good friend[s)".
