PTBC to review and provide sign-off for the understanding document delivered by HCL on 20-Jan-11 Discussion Summary Raja started the HCL's understanding presentation on Thaler application and briefed about the project status and milestone. Raja informed that HCL has invested 3 more additional resources for this project knowing the criticality of the project and smooth transition.

Raja highlighted that in due course of time in steady state, HCL will bring productivity improvement and value adds for PTBC. Offshore team (Muralidharan V, Madhukumar and Narendra B) were introduced to PTBC and C&W team. The entire team presented our understanding on Thaler application (both functionally and technically) to the entire participants. Theresia & Imran highlighted that the slide-9 (architecture for Vietnam), the following corrections: (a) The intrabank and remittance should be through SWIFT instead of RTGS. PPT is updated accordingly (b) There is no dataware house system (c) there is no Securities (d) X-Link shares both Vietnam and Indonesia Susi asked HCL to have a detailed slide on Bond Management on corporate action, as there are several incidents happening. HCL will work on this and will circulate. Susi asked HCL to check the in the system whether direct debit for foreign currency is allowed or not. Also requested to validate HCL whether the limitation like duration, amount can be changed. HCL has to check any topup of loan amount is possible in Thaler. Under slide-22 (Deposits), Charlik informed that change in ownership (ZNM1) is no longer used in PTBC Under slide-27 (FX), Charlik informed that the front office validation is not there for FX. The status will change directly from 0050 to 1000. HCL / Charlik has to validate whether MM behave in similar fashion as of FX on front office validation.
