This department ensures bankwide IT related compliance issues which includsAttestation of Sox identified applications consting Quarterly Sox Walkthroghs (Test of Design) and Half yearly control testing (Test of effectiveness) of controls pertaining to following IT processes. ITGC(IT General Control) : Logical Access Management (LAM) Master maintenance & Job Scheduling Program Change management Interface New Application & Development Direct Database updates

SSTG Processes (Shared services Technology Group) : Procurement of IT Assets Physical verification of DC stores Physical verification of BKC stores Backup & Disaster Recovery IT Network System & Database Administration All the observations which are found during Sox assessment are sent to the respective application stake holders. It is followed up till closure. Submission of Clause 49 basis Sox assessment to the senior management.

Project - 2 : Compliance Activities Responsibility: Annual review of PAC (Process / Product approval Committee) notes for the various processes. Assists to the various audit teams for audit completion (KPMG- external, IAD). Ensuring the closure of all the open audit points by publishing weekly dashboard to senior management. Review of DR plans. As a proactive measure doing pre audit to identify the gaps in applications before actual audit starts.

Project - 3 : Aplication Portfolio Management (APM) APM is vendor based product used by ICICI bank for management of IT services portfolio which inventorises all IT applications, processes ,infrastructure. Role: APM Business Administrator Responsibilities: Managing the operational activtities for application induction and deinduction in APM. Executing the quarterly data review to ensure data is consistent and valid in APM. Creating dashboards and analytics with the data present in APM. Developing enhancements in APM to ensure higher usage and performance in APM.

Reporting to system department head for software implementation on production floor. Monitoring/verifying data entry work of production department and making necessary rectifications after proper approval. Generating daily metal loss report and crosschecking the same with production transactions on random basis. Accepting works order from PPC, printing job bags and transferring casted pieces to production floor as per order quantity. Keeping track of production rejection and ensuring transfer of castings to production floor against rejections. Generating production report, gold loss report, rejection report etc. and keeping HOD updated about the same. Generating casting report and keeping HOD posted if desired casting yield is not achieved.
