INTRODUCTION OF THE STUDY


During the innovation in our country Electronic ticketing over the

internet is a good example of internet commerce. The Aim is to facilitate the buying or reservation of tickets online, thereby making the process more easily accessible & convenient, through these services tickets may be purchased from any location and at any time. Provided an internet connection exists typically, the tickets are ordered from a website that provides both tickets information in the purchasing or reservation service. Internet or online ticketing is all about providing a useful and efficient service to clients and customers. The aim is to make the purchase or reservation of tickets easier; naturally, this will encourage sales online ticketing system has been used especially by firms, who sell travel tickets, concerts movies and many to other activities. The use of the internet makes buying a ticket more convenient since the service is available at any geographical location, including your home and at any time of the day, any day of the year. Online ticket services have a further advantage by providing relevant information alongside the service. This can aid purchasing decisions and may encourage future usage. So tickets buyers have quite an easy commute to the ticket booth these days they only have to get to their have personal computer and out to the internet. It beats standing in lines (perhaps out in the rain) and day, and the only traffic one encounters is that so called information superhighway. These are also benefits for those providing the service. New Markets are being created and tickets sales are increased. Apart from maintenance

and data updates no manpower is required to provide the service once it has been established. The process of recording the transaction is more automated and overhead is reduced. An important point is that tickets providers are also providing a convenient service to customer and are also providing a convenient service to customer and are thereby improving public image and encouraging return customers.

2. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

3. OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

A. General Objective
1. To make task easier in filing the reports needed. 2. To have a systematic way of ticketing process. From the time of departure and time of arrival. 3. To have an organized information about the transportation schedule. 4. Deliver the right technology to the people and make it affordable.

B. Specific Objective
1. To have a visible information about transportation route, fare and time. 2. To have recorded information in the reservation transaction. 3. Ensure the security of the system. 4. Trouble free transaction of tickets.

4. HYPOTHESIS

The Study, interviews, and research model, researchers attempt to test the Quality of service provider website has an effective role in encouraging customers to buy online. The following are Customer attitudes to buying online have an effective role in encouraging buy online. Customer perceptions of prior purchases have an effective role on motivating customers to buy online.

The Proposed system is easy to use because of its friendly environment. Time consumed filing things out will lessen because a database management is included in the system. Likewise less paper works needed thus company will save more.

The proposed system seeks information about the terminal or the route,schedule , availability and tracking. This is made available to the public for the query regarding routes, schedule and availability. The system is made computerize to enhance their manual operations for them to improve public services.

5. SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

Scope

Displays information about the schedule. The customer can view the seat available location. Easy access through online. Passengers can identify the exact amount fare of each route. It is a user-friendly environment. It is accessible anytime, anywhere, as long as connection with the internet is available. Customer musts be reserve its ticket a (1) week before the departure. Customers reservation payment is 2- 3 days before its departure.

Limitation

The customers cant ask question personally about anything else theyre concerned about. Only an authorized person could edit or change the information about schedule and availability. The system is not accessible without the internet connection. No refund, No exchange.

6. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

A. Industry
This study may help our industry to have a good service for commuters. In terms of having and easy access of getting an information about the schedule assigned.

B. Recipient
The customer or the consumer can know easily, if there is an available schedule at that time by simply getting the information on the specific website.

C. Researchers and Developers


This study would enhance our knowledge performing to programming or design system. Also for having a guide in the near future if same system needs to be developed.

In addition, the reason`s why the researches because it determines phenomena or event happened within the context of time which the researcher undergo the study . In connection thereof , The researcher easily detect and trobleshoot the problem . weakess and even thr strength as well of the proposed system.

Data Gathering Instruments The proponents utilized the following instrument to gather the necessary data for the study.

Observations & Techniques It is essential for gathering data about the subjects involved in the study. This tool was used objectively to describe and find out the condition of the current system that helps the developer to determine the problem with the existing system.

Economic Feasibility The financial aspects of this project studies in proposing a system that one important thing is we need to support this king of project although it is better to task the quality or even the effectively of the system and not that of course the price of it, but the quality of this proposed system.

Special software and Hardware to create the new system for ticketing system. -Develop system for process in Online ticketing system for each computer. - Software like Micromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft Access, Adobe Photoshop also to use foor the design and calculation the totals among ticket and for the time and number. -Hardware like LCD Monitor, printer, DSL Connection (Computer Set)
