:Introduction
There is a give and take relationship between education and society that arises from
the fast should have technological developments necessitating that every citizen ,
whatever his job or its should nature is, should acquire his minimum lot of computer
learning that anybody should have because main computer learning skills ,as any
.other learning skills that education tries to ,e.g. reading and writing, delete illiteracy
Because the ultimate aim of education is to help individual adapt to society ,it became
necessary for education to face this new computer illiteracy. Consequently, education
shouldered the responsibility Of preparing the computer literate individual who is able
to deal with computer so as to be able to go on in living in the IT society and
. acquiring the developing side of human civilization
This Study is just an attempt to prepare a program for the learned in computer literacy
through acquiring them the minimum main computer knowledge and skills to be able
to computer literate according to computer sciences and education specialists and
experts opinions and by using Interactive Multimedia for its ability to arouse learner’s
.motive , attracting his attention and developing his attitudes for using computer

In Egypt and the Arab World, Although computer entered all areas of life ,the number
of computer and internet users is still limited compared with the population number ,
including he learned. This doesn’t go with the age of IT revolution. it is noticed that
the intermediate certificate holder plus the university graduates are computer illiterate
and still some feel scared and find difficulty ,dealing with computer During a training
course, in collaboration with the Ministry of Information and Communication, sited in

of the Study group in the pre-test and post-test in the achievement test for the post
application test as the Value of T=20,60 and the Effect Size )0,97( that denotes that
these differences weren't accidental but were the effect of the suggested program
. )whereas the modifier acquistion ratio was )1,27
Consequently it can be said that the suggested program is characterised by
