Download the best multi-platform media player 'KMPlayer' at www.kmplayer.com/forums/index.php or 'VLC" at www.videolan.org 4) For some reason your computer wont play a particular codec. Convert the file using the free Super Converter from www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html 5) You get two audio tracks at the same time, or you hear a foreign soundtrack w hen you want to hear English. Select the correct audio channel. This is easier w hen using VLC. It is not easy to get it to work on WMP. 6) Video refuses to play with funny errors. this is possibly because the filenam e and path is too long. Rename the file to something simpler, or move the file i nto a simpler directory e.g. c:\movies 7) SiRiUs sHaRe movies have usually been tested on two or more machines. If you have followed the above steps and still have problems, find an IT genius who can assist you further.
