THE FAMINE

I stepped onto the crumbling sidewalk of a nation that claims to be A place of truth and freedom, A land of opportunity.

We trust in God, this nation proclaims, But trust died years ago,

And God is among the list of names of people you dont know.

There is a famine for love sweepin this nation. Theres a famine for peace of mind. Theres a famine for hope thats killin my generation. Theres a famine killin all mankind.

Theres an echoing distant memory of love that died in the Aquarian Age. Now the air is thick with hatred; Fear and anger are turned into rage.

My eyes are stinging with the tears that I weep For the death of souls and lives:

Some buried alive from sadness, Others perish from guns and knives.

There is a famine for love sweepin this nation. Theres a famine for peace of mind. Theres a famine for hope thats killin my generation.

Theres a famine killin all mankind.

Just look at America in recent years.

As a nation, we no longer care about what is right. But it's worse than that. It's as if our nation is determined to flaunt what is wrong.

We have pushed God out of our schools. We have pushed Him out of our courts. We have designed

Chief Justice Warren Burger said, "We have virtually ELIMINATED from public schools and higher education ANY effort to teach VALUES of integrity, truth, personal accountability and respect for others."
American schools are the shame of the whole World. Many have become a miniature hell where kids are confronted with guns, knives, drugs, Satanism, violence and promiscuous sex.

Oh, wont you let me get you a Doctor, Who can save your dying spirit? Hes been calling your name for a long time, Have you listened? Can you hear it?

A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief, It was for you He died.

And His Word of life can heal your soul. And fill that emptiness inside.

The latest preliminary FBI statistics show murders in the U.S. jumped 4.8 % in 2005 while overall violent crime was up 2.5 %.

America was once a genuine Christian nation, founded by men who were willing to give up everything so that they could live their Christian faith. No other nation has had such LIGHT, so much TRUTH, so much GOSPEL and yet is knowingly turning its back on God!

It is impossible to rightly govern the World without God & the Bible.
