No. G.S.R.53/Const./Art.309/Adm.(I)99 In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Rai (Group C) Service Rules, 1997, namely :1. (a) (b) 2. These rules may be called the Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Rai (Group C) Service (First Amendment) Rules, 2011. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

In the Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Rai (Group C) Service Rules, 1997 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 9, in sub-rule(i), after clause (XL), the following clauses shall be inserted namely :Justification As the age of entry into Govt. Service has been raised upto 40 yrs.

As per approval of the Special Board constituted for the school, a proposal was sent to the Finance Dept. to bring the post of Personal Assistant to Principal & Director, MNSS, Rai at par to other Personal Assistants of Heads of Dept. working in Govt. of Haryana as the Principal & Director, MNSS, Rai is also Head of the Dept. The above request of the institution was turned down by the Finance Dept. with the remarks that the qualification and nature of duties of Personal Assistant of MNSS, Rai are different in comparison to his counterpart of other Deptt. (copy of note issued by the Finance Deptt. on the subject, in enclosed. Personal Assistant vide his request dated 21.10.10 has requested that a provision may please be made in the Service Rules of Class III employees of MNSS, Rai for including the post of P.A. in the list of promotion channel to the post of Deputy Supdt. like the post of Cashier and Accountant.

(XXXV) In the case of Head Groundsman,(i) the post had been converted to that of Sports Clerk and thus post of Head Groundman may be treated as deleted;
