DUBAI: Al Islami Foods, the leading halal food producer in the Middle East, consolidated its strengths at this year's Gulfood show, organized by the Dubai World Trade Centre, which and ran from February 27 to March 2, 2011. Al Islami was awarded the 'Highly Commended Best Halal Food Company' award and nominated for 'Best Frozen Food Company' award at Gulfood Awards, among several local and international high profile brands.
