Seven Nevaeh is actually derived from the Holy Bible. In the Hebrew, seven ([b'v, - Sheh'-bah) is from the root word meaning complete or full and the services offered is also seven. Nevaeh is just actually a reverse spelling of the word heaven. Aside from the word heaven is found on the Holy Bible, it is also what exactly feels like when the customers experience the different types of services being offered. The aim of this business is to give a relaxing sensation and bonding activities to customers.

II. LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS

One of the most important factors to consider in setting up a business is its location. The success of a business can sometimes depend on its location that is why it should be taken in consideration in choosing the best site for every business which may bring positive result. The business is located at Chinabank Building, Paseo de Roxas corner Villar St. Makati City. The place is located near business establishments where people are usually stressed with their works. To sum up, the location will definitely make a good market for this is a commercial location which is near to the target customers.

Seven Neveah is a 7-in-1 spot which offers good and relaxing services to the customers. It offers a wide range of soothing services to give customers a break to shake off stress, make it a hobby or as a family and friends bonding place. Services such as Spa, Restaurant, Ventosa, Jacuzzi, Movie Center, Acupuncture and Kids Corner are all found in this business. The business will offer packages that will suit the budget of the customers. The business not just aims to give relaxing sensation to customers but to provide also bonding to families and friends. The customers can have bonding in the different services the business has. The business deliberate to give services to families, friends, proficient people, regular employees and other people who wished to have relaxing feeling.

ambiance inspired by Eco Park that people will surely love especially those who are environmental friendly. The marketability or salability of the proposed food and service is anticipated, since this project entails to be free from pollution and noise- a Perfect Getaway. The food and services shall be introduced and promoted through posters, billboards, banners and radio ads. 3. TECHNICALITY The proposed business is an establishment rendering seven services. Factors to be considered in technical study are: (1) Composition of the food and services such as physical, mechanical, and chemical properties is described. (2) Design plant lay-out for the workers to easily work and carry duties and responsibilities. (3) Machinery in which the number specification, rated capacities, prices of equipment and auxiliary equipment should be considered. Also, the availability of spare parts and repair services such as quotation from supplier, machinery guarantees, delivery, and terms of payment are other factors to be studied. (4) The location must be desirable in terms of distance to source of raw materials, markets, and demand of the foods and services to be offered and rendered. (5) The availability, combination, current and prospective sources and costs of raw materials should be determined. (6) The management will provide cleanliness of the facilities, especially the food for satisfaction of customers. (7) The place will be safe. Secretly installed cameras will monitor every move to ensure the security of the customers. Two security guards simultaneously assigned to the area will guarantee the safety of the clients. This will be backed up by policemen assigned at the outpost nearby. And (9) Applying properhygiene, sanitation and safety such as Changing room and separate area for clothing and shoes that are not worn for work, which may be combined; Separate hand-washing facilities in a convenient place for staff to use, with soap, clean water, nail brushes and clean towels; First aid materials in an accessible place; Protective clothing, including gloves and shoes if appropriate, should be provided and

laundered regularly and Cleaning chemicals should be stored away from the processing room. 4. SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY AND TO EMPLOYEES Seven Nevaeh will help boost the economic status of Paseo de Roxas corner Villar St. Makati City because it will provide a great number of jobs for the unemployed folks in the area, thus, giving them more opportunities in life.
