NOTE :
(1) Applications forms with the prescribed fees received after the stipulated date as
notified by the University shall be accepted with late fees as: (1) Rs. 500/- from the
stipulated last date to before 20 days of the commencement of the 1 st examination of
the concerned faculty. (2) Rs. 1000/- from the day After 20 days to before three days
of the commencement of the examination. (3) No form shall be accepted within last
three days in any conditions or any Case.

(2) Neither application nor fee shall be accepted by the Registrars Office directly.
(3) (a) The Practical Examinations for Pharmacy, Science and Home Science will be notified
later on.
(b) The Practical Examinations for M.Sc. will be held before or after Theory
Examinations. The dates of commencement of practical examinations are notified
separately by the Department concerned.
(4) The dates given in column 4 of the table are the dates on or before which applications
from students for admission the respective examinations must reach the Office of the
University, along with the prescribed fees, in order that all these applications do reach the
Registrars Office by the due date, the Principals of Colleges and the Heads of the Postgraduate Departments of the University are authorized to fix some date earlier by about
two weeks than the dates mentioned in column 4 as the last date for the receipt of
applications in their respective offices. Candidates should therefore, obtain information
from the Principal of the college or the Head of the post-graduate Department concerned
as the case may be about the last date fixed by him for the receipt of the applications for
the particular examination in his office. Applications received after the prescribed date or
not accompanied by the prescribed fees shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
No applications and/or fee will be received by the Registrars Office direct.
(5) If any of the dates shown in the table for the commencement of the examinations happen
to be a holiday or when in the opinion of the syndicate, there is sufficient reason for
aftering the date for holding any examinations already fixed, the syndicate will fix
another date in lieu of the fixed date, in accordance with the provisions of the ordinance
43 of the university. The date if so revised will be announced at the proper time.
(6) Forms of application for admission to the various Post Graduate examinations are sold in
the office of the Department concerned at the rate of Rs. 10/- each form, exclusive of
postage charges. Forms of application for admission to the remaining examinations will
be available from the office of the College concerned.
(7) University students desiring to appear at the Post Graduate examination should submit
their applications through the Head of the Department concerned. The examination fee
receipt issued by the Account Section to the candidate appearing in the Post Graduate
examination is signed by them in presence of the Head of the Department concerned
who will countersign it for the purpose of the identify of the candidate.
(8)
Candidates for the various examinations should note that examinations are refundable in
the circumstances as mentioned under Ordinance 0.52.
The detailed programme of the examinations will be notified later on.
