BpS XW-4548 Alternative Energy Generator Solution for Backup and Primary Power for Home and Business The BpS XW 4548 is a turn-key system designed to provide flexibility and expandability for strictly back-up power only, grid-interactive power, or off grid power for residential or business use. In the event of a power failure, the system will detect and instantly power critical loads using its 4500 watts continuous power output rating and eight maintenance-free AGM batteries. Extending backup run time is possible by adding batteries or connecting to a fossil-fuel generator The BpS XW 4548 can integrate renewable energy sources (Solar, Wind, and Hydro), both to recharge to extend backup run time, and to tie to the utility grid for net metering. Until utility power is restored the system acts as a surge protector between utility power and appliances, and does not allow back feeding to the utility power grid The BpS XW 4548 is also ideal for off-grid applications by combining the output power, backup battery bank and renewable recharging options.
