Eugene Flash Thompson was a high school bully-turned-decorated war hero, inspired by the Amazing Spider-Man to get his

act together. He lost his legs in combat, but the government offered him a chance to serve again, bonding him with an alien parasite suit that grants its host similar powers to Spider-Man. From that day on, he was agent

Flashs recent top secret government moonlighting has him flying high as a man of action

but has strained his relationship with blogger and journalist Betty Brant, whom he has to keep in the dark about his new life. His personal life also took a hit when his estranged father was diagnosed with liver failure.

Even worse, a villain named the Crime-Master discovered his secret identity and sent his emissary, JACK OLANTERN, to kidnap Betty. Venom wasnt even able to be the hero on this one the Amazing SpiderMan, thinking Venom to be an old enemy, fought him off and saved Bettys life.

Flash will need to keep his heart and head focused hes lost control of the symbiote before, to disastrous results.

And he cant afford a single mistake as he prepares to enter SPIDER-ISLAND!
