2. How does Super Fax work?

Ans.: With SuperFax, a person can send faxes from his email id and receive faxes on his email id without having to buy any hardware or install any software.

1. For sending a hard copy through SuperFax, I need a

scanner. amount?

It costs extra. Why would I invest the extra

Ans.: Normally, we take a print out and send it through a fax machine. However, in case of SuperFax, we can directly attach the soft copies of the documents to our emails and fax it directly without having to take any print outs. Ideally, Documents that require hardcopy are less in number but if there is any, we have to depend on a scanner for scanning the document and then fax it through SuperFax. These days, Scanners come cheap and are also maintenance-free (Scanners do not require any AMC as compared to high fidelity computer gadgets).

2. I already have a fax machine. Why should I buy Super

Fax? Ans.: The existing fax machine depends on various factors for being operational .e.g.- Electricity, Paper, cartridge, working telephone line, and working machine etc. Also, if the existing machine is not in warranty it has a cost for AMC. With SuperFax,

it is hassle free and does not require Electricity, Paper, cartridge, working telephone line, or a working machine etc. SuperFax gives you freedom of mobility that conventional faxes do not provide. 6. How to use Super Fax?

Ans.: Receiving a fax: When someone sends a fax to you it will be available in your mailbox as a PDF attachment. You will also get notification through SMS when you receive a fax. Replying to the email with the attachment can send a Fax back to the same sender. Sending a fax: You can send a fax by sending an email with an attachment to <fax no>@Super Fax.in For example 01244100141@Super Fax.in. The attachment is extracted and sent to 0124-4100141 as a paper fax.
7. What are the technicalities that Super Fax follow?

Ans.: Super Fax is an online faxing system. Our servers are hack proof and firewall protected. All the faxes sent by the clients are 128 bit encrypted. Super Fax Servers are Firewall protected and Server Socket Layer certified (SSL). Super Fax is also ISO 27001 certified. Also Super Fax servers have load balancing system wherein if there is a problem in one server the next server on loop will take its place automatically in a fraction of a second.

More Info: The document sent or received through Superfax is transferred through a highly secure level-4 data center. Transmission over the internet is encrypted and sent over SSL making it double encrypted to thwart any man-in the middle attacks. Communication between the data center and the fax machine is over analog and therefore hack-proof telephone lines. The document sent or received through Superfax is never stored on the data center servers. Superfax securely holds the document for just enough time that is required to transmit it securely to the designated fax machine or email inbox.

8. How to renew my plan?

Ans.: The customers can renew their plan through online payment or via local distributor available or can make a payment directly through cheque in the name of Knowlarity Communications Pvt. Ltd.

9. What will I do if my validity is there but my outing pages

are over? Ans.: If the customer runs out of outgoing fax pages within the validity period then they can buy extra top up pages @ Rs. 2/page which they can send nationally.

10. What if there are outgoing pages left after the validly of

the plan? Ans.: If the customer has outgoing pages left after the validity is over then the pages will be carried forward if the plan is renewed on time.

11. If I dont belong to Delhi-NCR (e.g.-Ahmedabad) then

what number will I get? Ans.: If the customer is not of Delhi then they will get a mobile no on which fax services will be available. The mobile no will be given at no extra cost and it will belong to their circle.

12. As in my state you dont have any office or branch (e.g.-

Kolkata). How will you fix if I have any problem regarding Super Fax? Ans.: Super Fax is an internet based faxing service wherein we do not install any hardware or software for its working. If any

problem arises in the services in super fax then the customer will contact the customer care either through phone or via e-mail, the problem will be resolved within 2-24 hours.

Ans.: Super Fax servers are firewall protected and faxes sent by customers are 128 bit encrypted which is as safe as online banking transactions.

14. I hardly use fax and it costs only 10/-. Then why will I pay 3000/-? Ans.: Super fax is free from any hardware and software. It is safer, faster, and cost effective. It provides the freedom of mobility to its users where normal fax machines and software fail to provide. It has added qualities like (bulk faxing, SMS alerts, unique fax at no added cost, etc.) which make super fax a smarter way to communicate.

16. As the product is new, how reliable is it?

Ans.: Super Fax is a product of Knowlarity Communications which is a U.S based multinational Company providing fax services to various renowned corporate houses and government departments. Services are dependable and customer oriented . Knowlarity is also ISO 9001 certified and hence customer centric.

17. I am not very confident on the internet, how can I

operate it?

Ans.: For sending faxes through Super Fax one needs to have the knowledge of sending and receiving e-mails which is a basic knowledge for any internet user.

d. Guidelines for INTERNS:

1. What are my targeted sectors/ person? Ans.: The target segments can be any business house where there is a requirement for faxes. It may be SMEs, Corporates or Government.

2. How will I collect the money? Ans.: The trainee will only collect the amount by cheque or DD.

3. On whose name the cheque or DD should be made?. Ans.: The cheque should be made on the name of Knowlarity Communications PVT. LTD. In cas of DD it should be payable at NEW DELHI.

4. What is the amount I am supposed to collect from the customer? Ans.: The trainees should sell one year subscription plan to their customers whose price is Rs. 3000/-. They should also collect 10.3% service tax. The total amount to be collected is Rs. 3310/-

5. How and where will I deposit the cheque?

Ans.: The trainees can deposit the cheques locally. Before depositing, the trainee has to provide the following details in an email to its team leader and manager-in-charge via email. The e-

mail should have the subject line as Cheque/DD details from (Name of the Intern, College Name). The details should be sent only by the following format, Name Bank of Cheque No. Cheque Date Deposited Date Amount

The cheque has to be deposited at the following Banks after filling the respective account no. The cheque should be in Communications Pvt. Ltd. HDFC Bank ICICI Bank the favor of Knowlarity

6. When will the super fax services be available for the customer whose payment has been collected through cheque or DD? Ans.: The customer will have his services working within 2 hours of his payment reflected in knowlarities bank account. Normally it takes 3 days of time after the cheque has been deposited in the bank.

7. If the customer faces any problem while using fax services who will train them? Ans.: Initially the trainee has to train the customer how to send and receive faxes via super fax. In case of any technical queries the trainee may inform the team leader or the line manager to solve the customer queries.
