HUBA&SILICA

was formed at the beginning of 2008 from the harmonious mix of electro, hip hop, ragga & drum&bass of Huba (vocals) and Silica (noize). The duo specializes in energetic live acts that flow from electro to drum&bass, featuring live manipulation of sequencers, analogue drum machines, and synthesizers.

1. LIVE SHOW
Huba & Silica present a sonically and visually engaging live show, featuring a unique combination of Silicas quick-moving manipulation of instruments, and Hubas powerful vocal performance of singing & rhyming which never fails to entertain and unite the crowd.

2. SOUND
A well seasoned, yet compact, collection of specialized analogue and digital instruments and controllers comes together to produce an unmistakeable warmth, depth, and power of sound.

3. QUALITY
All of H&Ss releases are produced with extreme attention to detail and undergo postproduction in England at The Exchange, known for their work with Daft Punk, Bjrk, Underworld, The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, and many others

4. DESIGN
H&S are part of the Massiva collective, a group of audiovisual artists with decades of experience in design and communication, allowing H&S to offer a wide scope of strategies for production and promotion

5. OUTPUT
H&S regularly release new material to the market, maintaining a fresh and consistent presence.
