Major responsibilities: Preparation Feasibility study for new projects; Cost control for Raw materials, manufacturing expenses and overhead expenses; Supervising the implementation of the department plans, as well as ensuring their compliance; Ensuring that work activities are carried out according to the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct supervisor; Communicating with project managers in case of any projected over- or underrun vs. approved budgets, especially if outside agreed tolerances; Back office credit facility; Provide monthly cost analysis report and performance indicators for all functions/business units and projects; Monthly financials reports and group performance analysis; Share in Banking facilities and research for overseas companies with liaison between corporate treasury manager and Chief investment officer; Following up quarterly audited financials; Ensure maintenance of effective audit and internal controls to assure company's assets are safeguarded and for the reliability of financial statements; Activation and Appling of related policies & procedures; Coordination, preparation and monitoring of annual budgets; Monitor overseas budgeting vs. actual; Controlling overseas business through regular visits and reporting; and Monitor and updates ERP systems (Oracle and Access tailored System for Transformers).

Major responsibilities: Ensure proper controls and accounting procedures are followed in accordance with group and company bylaws. Involved in control of the management and financial accounting process and overseeing of the overall operational running of the ledgers and so on. Review controls currently in place for each function as well as departments, and where changes required submit report to VP-Finance of risk and likely changes required to minimize such risk. Investigate ways of improving efficiencies of supervised functions, accounts function and information from financial systems. Expected to report and prepare financial information on special projects and capital applications. Coordination, preparation and monitoring of annual budgets. Proactive analysis of the monthly financial statements for the business. Assist with special projects such as in the preparation of the financial feasibility study of new business opportunities. Major responsibilities: Manage the Company financial aspects to provide optimum efficiency and the required services including financial management, financial reporting, payments administration and financial systems. Provide management with expert advice and information on all financial aspects of policies and decisions pertaining to the Companys operations Preparing monthly financial reports and group performance analysis Monitors Bank accounts daily and reconciles the accounts regularly every week. Analyzes the actual monthly results with the approved budgets, identifies the causes for variances, and recommend actions required.
