Perform daily RF analysis using a variety of GSM performance monitoring tools to resolve anomalies, faults, and identify trends that require additional troubleshooting on multi vendor equipment. Identify and resolve problem sectors that caused system performance degradation issues based on report. Evaluate the KPI definition and recommend the changes for improvement. Recommend and apply the cell parameter changes to solve the network quality issue and improve the KPI based on multi vendor equipment. Analyze and Post processing of Drive test logs using GEOPP, TEMS, MAP INFO and ACTIX Analyzer. Using geographical optimisation tool GEOPP and Manage the radio parameters to provide good network Quality. Recommend timely actions & solutions to customer service request RF Drive Data collection, Processing And analyzing. Recommendation of Neighbours optimization and Physical Optimization to achieve desired Coverage, Coverage Probability. Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Clusters, KPIs, and customer complain, Detailed Drive test, Work orders reports based on the RNO request. Preparation the GPRS and EDGE Monthly KPI reports based on customer request. Site coverage analysis and parameter verification. Issuing change request work order when needed for physical and software to improve service quality. Making out the exports of Rx levels, Rx Quality, SQI, and Neighbour Serving Cell, using GEOPP. Generate solution and processes report on RF design, RF performance optimization, Feature roll out, installation and Frequency planning for GSM network. Ability to multi-task, meet objectives solve in stressful situations. Excellent written & oral communication skills and interpersonal skills to delight the customer as well as work well with other team member.

LCC PAKISTAN RF Engineer consultant Huawei-ufone project (GSM) from Dec 2010 to June 2011 Neighbour planning and optimization for pre launch sites. Optimization of radio network KPIs CSSR, DCR, HSR. Performing Drive test for the newly on air sites Drive test using TEMS tool. Analyze and post processing & analysis of Drive test data using MAP INFO. Perform new BTS site integration Drive test for analysis of Rx Level, Rx Quality and Neighbour / Handover verification. Identification of BSS hardware problems on field. Radio Network Optimization of the on air sites based on KPIs. Regular optimization of radio network parameters (including frequencies, thresholds etc..) for improvement of network performance. Inter-Operability Tests (IOT) of new CPEs in the network Performing Drive test using XCAL tool. Performing post processing & analysis of Drive test data using MAP INFO. Drive test results processing for the new on air sites using XCAP. Preparing the GDT reports using XCAP dongle (WIMAX processing tool). Frequency planning for all the planned sites to deploy using MAP INFO. Site Health Report creation after approved Drive test results.
