Your office has never responded on my request in this matter, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, number 53-11, dated July 11, 2011. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could affirm or deny the following statement: The Supreme Court May 18, 2011 Decision in Moshe Katzav v State of Israel, regarding postponement of the execution of the prison sentence of Moshe Katzav has never been duly served on the prosecution.
