Application maintains Patient information, Schedule appointments for the patient, do charting, taking Lab orders and process it, maintaining different documents, fax documents, e-prescribing to the pharmacy, process renewals, uploading documents. Application satisfies complete Hospital functionality according to CCHIT certification criteria as per USA government. Responsibilities:
