1 INTRODUCTION
This guide will teach you on the update version for SQL Accounting. IMPORTANT: Please perform database backup before run any database update process.

HOW TO UPDATE VERSION FOR SQL ACCOUNTING? 2.1 Insert SQL Accounting CD
After you have insert the SQL Accounting CD into the server, .you will see the following screen appeared. You have to point to SQL Account and click on Install SQL Accounting (Version XXXXXXX).

2.2 SQL Accounting Installation
1) Click NEXT to proceed.

3) You will see below License Agreement. Please read it and accept the agreement before proceed to NEXT.

4) Leave it default and click on NEXT.

6) Review and confirm the setting by click INSTALL to start installation.

7) Click FINISH to finish the installation.

2.3 Upgrade Database Version

IMPORTANT: Before upgrade database, please make sure below actions: a) Run backup database b) Make sure ALL users are close SQL Accounting completely. 1) Click on logon button to start upgrade database.

2) You will get the below message prompted out. To inform you that the database going to upgrade. To proceed press YES button.

3) You may logon SQL Accounting with your user ID and password.
