Final spot round of M.Tech. admission for 2011-12 batch on vacant seats will be held on 19.08.2011.

The eligible candidates are required to report in respective department at 10.00 AM. There are few vacancies as per the available seat matrix. The candidates are called on the basis of their respective GATE score. Those candidates who have applied for M.Tech. programme as per details given below, may be allowed to appear in this spot round: a) All candidates who have been allotted in 1st, 2nd and 3rd rounds of allotment. b) All candidates having GATE score upto the lowest GATE score allowed for participation in the spot round admission held on 2nd August, 2011. Eligibility: (i) All the candidates who were allotted in earlier rounds and could not report are eligible. The allotment will be done strictly on the basis of available vacancies not on the basis of their earlier allotment. (ii) All the candidates having GATE score upto the lowest cutoff who were allowed for spot round held on 02.08.2011 are eligible in this spot round admission. The minimum cutoff for respective departments are given below:

Their allotment will be done only on the available vacancies which is displayed. Document required at the time Spot round M.Tech. admission: The candidates are required to bring the following documents in original for verification and also one set of photocopy with them at the time of physical reporting on 19.08.2011: a) High School Certificate in original. b) Mark sheets of qualifying examination. c) Character Certificate issued by the Head of the institution last attended. d) GATE Score Card (to be deposited in original) e) OBC/SC/ST/PH certificate, if applicable. f) Passport size Photographs (6 Nos.) at the time of Registration.

g) Migration Certificate (at the time of Registration) h) Category certificate, where ever applicable. i) One set of attested copies of all the above documents are required to be deposited at the time of admission. j) Copy of Application form (only for those candidates who are admitted through GATE Score).

If the candidate get admission then they required to pay admission fees of ` 24,401 in form Demand Draft in favour of Director, MNNIT-Allahabad, payable at Allahabad on the same day.
