Television Show: Negros First Productions will provide the Advertiser with the Advertising / Sponsorship Package selected below, which shall be telecast on all the episodes of the television show Negros First at Sunshine Channel (Channel 14 Sky Cable) for the duration of the term of the this Contract. 2. Advertising / Sponsorship Package: Package 1: Acknowledgment of the Advertiser by the host during the telecast of the show and inclusion of the Advertisers Name or Company Logo in the shows Closing Bill Board. Package 2: ______ Advertising Spots of ______ seconds each to be telecast on the show using material (video clips / commercials) supplied by the Advertiser. 3. Monthly Advertising Fee: The Advertiser agrees to pay on or before the seventh (7th) day of each month the amount of ___________________________________ (P__________), Philippine Currency, as and for advertising fee for the abovementioned Advertising / Sponsorship Package selected. All check payments shall be made payable to Esteban H. Coscolluela. 4. Term of the Contract: This Contract shall take effect immediately upon the signing hereof and shall continue in full force and effect from month to month thereafter until terminated or cancelled by either party for any cause upon service of a fifteen (15) days prior written notice on the other party. 5. No Warranties: Advertiser acknowledges that Negros First Production makes no guarantee regarding what the actual rating of its television show will be. 6. Representations: NFP and the Advertiser each represent that this Contract has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by such party it constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligations of such party, enforceable against it in accordance with its terms. 7. Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, and understandings between the parties, both oral and written relating to the subject matter hereof. No modification of any provision of this Contract shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
