Report Manager replaces ADI 7.x Publishing feature

Reports can be run by Ledger Reuse reports across all Ledgers Report sets do not launch separate request for each report in the set Makes managing requests more efficient Does not cause a backlog for other requests Enabling Report Manager Privileges profile option is no longer a requirement Report Manager is a Self Service Application that can be published in xml Allows for easy sharing of data with other applications or Enterprises Expansion Value allows for ad hoc filtering of the FSG report

Report Archiving through the Repository

Allows you to upload any type of file and publish it to a report repository Contents of the repository can be distributed to the Oracle E-Business Suite home page Reports can be archived and deleted through Report Manager

Security Workbench
Allows the tightening down of security on FSGs Based on content sets

Drilldown from FSGs directly back to originating transactions Templates are created using Excel Excel, PDF, HTML or XML publishing formats Ability to create a menu item for a published report
All formatting available in Excel is available for templates

Easy access to reports without waiting for them to be published again Too much of this will clutter your home page
