SCREEN VARIANTS

Hiding Screens in VA01 (Sales Order)

1. In VA02 give the details like SP, SH, Material and Qty
2. Go to next tab Item Overview
3. Put your cursor on the Screen Tab above the Item level and check the Screen number (put
your cursor in one of the fields in the blue area field like Req.Del Date, Press F1, on the
menu of performance assistant press ‘T’ to see the tech details.

5. Note the Program Name and Screen Number

6. Open new session and type SHD0..it will lead to another screen as shown

8. Give the name of the T.Code and give your own name in Screen variant, stating with Z
as letter followed by your convention

9. Give the Program name SAPMV45A and Screen Number 4001

10. Now press Create button on your left top corner

12. It will lead you to Initial Screen of Sales Order

14. Press ENTER giving the SOrg, DC, Div

15. It will take you to Sales Order screen give all the details Sold to Party, Ship To Party,
Number, Material, Qty..ENTER

17. Following Popup appears

19. Select the Check Boxes , which Screen Tabs you want to Hide

20. Exit and Save

21. Next Screen Appears

23. Give the name of the Screen Variant in the Short Text and SAVE

26. Go back to Back Button

27. and now Test –Press the Icon as Shown below

29. It will take you to Order Initial Screen
