Submit the application along with the receipt of fees (carbon copy) and self addressed envelop to the Statements of Marks Section in Examination
Building No. 1 immediately. Pay the fees in cash to the Cash Section of the University ( Administrative Building ). You can send the application
along with a demand draft drawn on any nationalised bank in favour of Finance and Accounts Officer, Shivaji University, Kolhapur (payable at
Kolhapur ) to the University by post also.
Application filed with all details and fees in the morning before 1 p.m. will be processed and Statements of marks will be issued by 5.30 p.m.
If the record is old and for any administrative reason the Statements of marks is not ready it will send by the post in due course.
Postage :- Rs. 30/- ( Minimum ) for Registered Post.
Fees revised on the application date are applicable.
Fees once paid will not be refunded.
If the Duplicate Statement of Marks printed at the mentioned seat no. in the application form found wrong, you will have to pay fees for the next
Duplicate Statement of Marks.
Submit the receipt with you while collecting the Duplicate Statement of Marks by hand.
Incomplete application will not be entertained and no correspondence will be made in that behalf.
