WHO WE ARE

A HIGH END DESTINY (aHED) provides a networking think-tank for entrepreneurs and social outreach to at-risk youths. Our mission is to foster small business collaboration and growth while engaging in community outreach. Mentorship is a key component in our efforts to develop a selfnurturing organization mutually beneficial to society. Our members take interest in community youth and commit to a forum created to advance their business goals while educating the next generation of entrepreneurs.

WHAT WE DO
aHED capitalizes on the diversity of skills of its members. Our motto is MORE PROBLEMS, MORE MONEY. Making real the old adage, necessity is the mother of invention. We seek problems (i.e. opportunities) from our members individual businesses and/or industries and brainstorm solutions. We have the resources within and outside of the organization to form solid plans to capitalize on the opportunities presented. We offer members more than 300 years of professional experience in retail, consulting, marketing, finance, non-profit management, manufacturing, sales and more. Our network is comprised of four key functional areas: Business Networking & Workshops Youth Mentoring/Skill Development Youth Experience Expansion Think-Tank Solutions

HOW WE DO IT
aHED is establishing itself as an Non-Profit Organization (NPO) allowing us to better accept corporate and private donations. The following officers set member dues and initiate any special fundraising efforts in accordance with by-laws: Executive Director Operations Director Finance Director

MEET A FOUNDER
Syl Saffold, native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a founder and officer of aHED (A High End Denstiny) Network. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in Marketing, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and in corporate settings enable a unique and insightful perspective to problem solving. As a founder/consultant of Jacob Business Resources, Inc. (JBRI), Syl has helped aspiring entrepreneurs start businesses through document preparation/filing, business planning and capital acquisition. He has also positioned existing businesses for growth through marketing, operational audits and even implementation, via contract retention. Syl was raised in the Los Angeles, California area and Milwaukee, Wisconsin by a single mom. He is no stranger to inner city pressures and uses this insight to relate and guide at-risk kids and teens. He is a proud parent of five sons enrolled at Latin School of Chicago, Drake Elementary and DeVry University, a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), and a patron of the arts.
