Design: 1. How do you determine the program content? 2. Who are involved in the designing? 3. What are processes do you go, through in drafting the program? 4. How do you determine the appropriateness of the design? 5. Is dry-run a part of the designing process? If yes, then how do you integrate the change? 6. Who approves the design? Testimonial: Actually DASH has already the design and what we are doing here is more on assisting and conducting the applicants and if we noticed that there is a need to add we edit their design and sometimes we remove those things that are not needed. We are also very particular about the time thats why we remove those unimportant things. Delivery: 1. How do you schedule training? 2. What are the necessary things to conduct training? 3. During training, what are the things you used in monitoring it and why do theres a need to monitor training? 4. Do you prepare an action plan or anything to that effect? 5. How do you monitor the process of everyone involved in the training? 6. How do source out the things need for the program? 7. How do you deal with untoward incidents during the program? 8. How do you develop contingency plans?
Testimonial: In DASH we always have the training because we always accept applicants. Unlike other companies they only have hirings if there is luck of employees. In scheduling the training we schedule them by group depending on where they would be assigned. In DASH they already have a design on the training and what we are doing here is guiding them. But even if they have already the design we can add those things that we noticed the employees need to have. We prepare or make an action plan after we conduct evaluation because in evaluation we can monitor them there we need to add and to remove. Its all about making the company more better and productive. In dealing different situations during the training and during the operation inside the company it is not a big problem because the DASH is very supportive.

Testimonial: We are using Job Performance evaluation because it is very important to monitor their performance. We use the evaluation results and take effects on it, like for example we noticed that during the training or in the training there is a thing that is needed to be add or to remove. Its like if the DASH has a good employees in the past years our target is to be better on this year or on the future.
