TCS Accreditation : Benefits to students As TCS categorizes universities/colleges by grades (A+, A,B,C), TCS will pay higher starting salaries to employees coming from higher grade colleges Employees from higher grade colleges have better chances to be allocated to more challenging and prestigious projects There is higher chance of taking in more students from higher grade colleges

2. Objective from TCS point of view To interact with students to assess the quality of students To assess the ability of students in terms of communications, leadership qualities, logical reasoning, and breadth of knowledge

Typical format TCS team of 2 or 3 experts will be addressing a large group of students (200+) to give a brief address of their purpose of visit etc TCS team will initiate a group discussion on various topics and give opportunities to students to participate TCS will offer that the students can ask them any questions on TCS, or overall IT industry

5. Typical questions students can ask TCS : Note Questions can be general; Person asking the question should have some basic knowledge of TCS and the information related to question. Questions should not be related to campus recruitment etc (This is being discussed at higher level between TCS and the College management) Questions should not be related TCS competition Questions should not be asked in any negative tone;
